Changi Airport Ranked Second Most Loved International Airport

Changi Airport in Singapore has been voted the second most loved international airport globally, according to a survey conducted by American magazine Travel+Leisure. The survey, which gathered 700,000 votes from readers, placed Turkey’s Istanbul Airport at the top.

Qatar’s Hamad International Airport secured third place, followed by Dubai International Airport in the UAE and Incheon International Airport in South Korea. The rankings were part of the World’s Best Awards survey, which evaluated airports based on access, check-in/security, restaurants/bars, shopping, and design.

Completing the top 10 were:

  • Abu Dhabi International Airport (UAE)
  • Haneda Tokyo Airport (Japan)
  • Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (India)
  • Hong Kong International Airport (China)
  • Osaka International Airport (Japan)

Changi Airport, renowned for housing the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, has consistently been recognized as one of the world’s best airports. It is celebrated for its modern amenities and services, including duty-free shopping, an indoor rainforest, luxury hotels, automated check-in, biometric authentication systems, and AI-assisted luggage transport.
