The trial period for the Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) will end on June 30, 2024. Starting in July 2024, all incoming travelers must complete this form before their planned arrival. The CeA is a mandatory immigration form for all air travelers to Cambodia, introduced by the Cambodian government as a trial from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024. During this trial period, the form can be completed online or on paper.
From July 1, 2024, the Cambodian Arrival Card must be submitted electronically before each trip to Cambodia.
Travelers can easily complete the Cambodian immigration and health information form online by providing the necessary details and paying the processing fee. Once processed, the e-Arrival Card receipt will be emailed to the applicant.
The electronic form must be submitted within 7 days before the intended arrival date.
Who Must Complete the Cambodia e-Arrival Card
Starting July 2024, all foreign passengers and Cambodian nationals are required to complete the electronic form. This requirement applies to air travelers entering Cambodia through international airports. The CeA aims to facilitate entry for both foreign travelers and Cambodian citizens.
When to Complete the e-Arrival Card for Cambodia
The Cambodian immigration and health information form should be completed within 7 days before the planned visit to Cambodia. You can submit the form earlier, but it will be processed and approved closer to your planned trip date.
How to Submit the Cambodian e-Arrival Card
Travellers can access the e-Arrival system through two channels:
- Official Website: The official government website, https://arrival.gov.kh/, allows for online submission of the e-Arrival card.
- Mobile App: The Cambodia e-Arrival app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It offers a convenient mobile platform for completing the e-Arrival card.
